My washer started acting up. Cristina came the next day and diagnosed the problem. She clearly showed me and explained it. After discussing it with her I decided that due to the age and the cost of the repair I am buying a new washer. The young lady that came to the house was very good. She was efficient, her work was clean, and she got our problem fixed the first time. However, a ball was dropped in regards to ordering the required part and getting it installed. I had to call the office to remind them we had not had the new part installed a week after it was promised.
